This policy explains what Video Factory ("we") collects when you use the app and website, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Google account basics when you sign in: your name, email address and Google account id. We never see your Google password.
- What you create: character pictures you upload, character names and settings, story text, and the videos made from them.
- Usage: number of videos rendered and voice characters used per month (to apply plan limits), and basic server logs (time, request path, IP address) kept for security and debugging.
- Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the subscription status and id, not your card or UPI details.
- Feedback you send from the app.
How we use it
- To run the service: make your videos, apply your plan's limits, keep your work private to your account.
- To fix problems and prevent abuse (rate limits, blocking misuse).
- To improve the app from the feedback you send.
We do not sell your data and do not use your content for advertising.
Services that process your content
- ElevenLabs turns your story lines into speech.
- OpenAI drafts or reviews dialogue when you use the AI writer, and checks text for harmful content.
- Razorpay processes subscription payments.
- Google provides sign-in.
- The service runs on a cloud server (Oracle Cloud, India region).
Google user data
We only request your basic profile and email for sign-in. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and deleting
Your content stays until you delete it in the app or ask us to delete your account. Deleted characters and stories are removed from your account immediately and erased from the server within 30 days. To delete your account and all its data, email support@example.com from your sign-in address.
Children
The service is for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should use it with a parent's permission.
