Terms of service

Using Video Factory
You may use the app to make videos from characters and stories you create. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what is made with it.
Your content
You own the pictures, stories and videos you make. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Upload only pictures you have the right to use.
Not allowed
- Impersonating real people, or pictures of real people without their consent.
- Hateful, sexual, violent or harassing content, or content that targets a community or religion.
- Misleading content presented as real news, or anything illegal in India.
- Abusing or overloading the service, or sharing accounts to bypass limits.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and payments
Paid plans renew monthly through Razorpay until cancelled. Limits (videos, characters, voice) reset each month and unused amounts do not carry over. See refunds.
Service
We work to keep the service running but it is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect losses. We may change features or prices with notice in the app.
